‘The Jethroverse’ to Return June 1

A teaser at the end of the game-changing midseason finale that premiered tonight confirms that the second season of The Jethroverse will return with new episodes on June 1, 2019.

That gives about two and a half months until viewers can find out exactly who Bill Carrington is, why he’s under the control of Dr. Tyrelius Jackson, and what Ryker Kane’s ultimate fate will be.

The end of the episode also featured a brief scene introducing us to Julia Holcomb as Brooke, who will undoubtedly be a major player in the second half of the season. We’ve also yet to see the return of Lir Wood as Geoffrey Jackson, and the debut of Mariana Furner as her as-yet-unknown character.

Then there’s the matter of Claire Martin, and what sort of machine she’s making with Ezra Thorne. The second half of the season will undoubtedly address these questions, but for now they’ll remain that way — questions.

If the marketing pattern follows Season One’s, there will be a trailer for the midseason shortly before the premiere that will offer hints as to how these questions will be answered.

The Jethroverse Season Two will return June 1.
